I am a seasoned user experience and service designer with a background in design strategy and research. I am passionate about using design and technology to solve complex problems.

When I got my first job out of design school, I didn’t have a technology background, I didn’t even know what a wireframe was. Learning on the job, in a small design studio I had the opportunity to wear many hats. This allowed me to explore my passions and develop an expertise in digital design.

After 8 years of refining my craft, I was ready for a change. I was ready to evolve my practice and started Robyn Polan Design in 2018. I took with me a rigorous design practice that has allowed me to work with some of the most wonderful people and organizations.

I am continually looking for opportunities to increase the quality of people’s lives, and strive to make the world a better place through design. I provide a variety of services, no project is too small. Please reach out, to explore ways we can work together.

In my spare time you will find me in nature, enjoying magical moments with my husband and two daughters. Walking my dog, riding my cargo-bike, knitting, reading or exercising - I never thought I would love to do burpees as much as I do!
